John 14:26 (NIV)
"But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you."
Every great volleyball team has a coach on the sideline — someone who sees the whole court, calls the right plays, and guides the team through the chaos of the game. You don't have to figure it all out on your own.
God didn't leave us alone after Jesus ascended. He sent the Holy Spirit — the Advocate, the Helper, the one who lives inside every believer. He teaches. He guides. He convicts. He comforts.
The question isn't whether the Holy Spirit is available to you. He is. The question is whether you're listening.
Holy Spirit, I invite You to lead me today. Teach me, guide me, and help me hear Your voice above all the noise. Amen.
I block the lie that I have to figure life out on my own. The Holy Spirit lives in me — I am never without guidance, comfort, or power.
Romans 8:26 (NIV)
"In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans."
How aware are you of the Holy Spirit's presence in your daily life?
What would it look like to actually listen to and follow the Holy Spirit today?
